Mrs. Rakiatu Tholley (ACG) is a Corporate Governance Executive and an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland). She also holds a Diploma in Data Processing.

She joined the firm as a manager in 2007, after returning from the UK where she qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 2004. Rakiatu has acquired almost two decades of knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management and Administration.

As a Corporate Governance professional, she is experienced in working in a strategic and influential way to ensure that corporate bodies operate within the prescribed legal and regulatory framework including financial regulations and maintain high standards of corporate governance practice.
