Nigel has a strong track record in managing and supervising accountancy and audit engagements (including IT audits) for a portfolio of clients comprising financial institutions, NGOs, and donor-funded projects. He has a deep understanding of the financial sector in Sierra Leone, having managed the audit process for various banks.

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds an MSc in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham (UK), a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a BSc in Finance from the University of Sierra Leone. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
