Solade Emerson (Mrs) is a Senior Manager in the Firm and Heads the Business Support and Taxation Unit. She is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (FCA) and also obtained an MSc in Strategic Procurement Management from the University of South Wales (previously Glamorgan), United Kingdom in 2012. Solade qualified earlier as an Accounting Technician (AAT, UK) and holds a Technician Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management, University of Sierra Leone.

Solade joined the firm in 2006 with a solid background in accounting and financial management from the private and humanitarian sectors of the Sierra Leone economy. Upon joining the Firm, she worked in the Assurance Department managing audits pertaining operations in the private and humanitarian sectors where she gained vast experience.

She manages the consultancy service department of Business Support and Taxation providing tax compliance and advisory services, payroll management and advisory services, funds management and fiduciary management services, bookkeeping and accountancy services, business planning and investment protection services.
